Cancellation and Refund Policy:
Cancellation Fees, At Our Discretion:
– 15 days prior to the event: 10%
– 10 days prior to the event: 15%
– 5-9 days prior to the event: 20%
– 3-4 days prior to the event: 30% to 50%
– 1-2 days prior to the event: 80% to 100%
We understand that circumstances may arise leading to cancellations, and we aim to be fair in our approach. The applicable cancellation fee will be determined at our discretion based on the specific circumstances of each case.
Refunds:
Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same method as the original payment. Please allow a reasonable processing time.
Order Modifications:
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate changes, subject to availability and feasibility.
Delivery Terms and Conditions:
Complimentary Delivery:
⁃ Delivery is complementary in Tricity between 12 noon – 6 pm, only during slots available according to the predesigned route.
Delivery Charges Applicable if:
– You require delivery at a specific time (within 12-6).
– You require delivery outside the standard delivery hours.
– You require delivery in areas around Tricity (Kharar, New Chandigarh, Mohali Hills, Gilco, Nayagaon, Morni, Peer Muschalla, Ramgarh, Nada Sahib, etc.).
Avoid Delivery Charges:
– Request a Pick-Up Address.
– Inquire about the possibility of delivery a day before.
– Confirm if delivery can be made to a different address within Tricity.
